Grey's Anatomy "Wish You Were Here"
I was really impressed with last night's episode except for a few things.

Like I have stated a million times, I am a big fan of Denny/Izzie but now it's time to end this bizarre story line because I cannot see or understand why it is even being shown.  I love Denny but it's time he went into the light for good.  Sadie IMHO has to go.  She is annoying and I see no redeeming quality in her or why they even brought the actress on to Grey's Anatomy.  To put it bluntly, the character sucks.

I am not sure about this new Doctor, Arizona, so I will reserve judgment until I get to see what she is all about.

Now for the good stuff.

That death row prisoner played by Eric Stolz is a very creepy, unsettling story line but one that so far has been done very well.  When he was explaining to Christina what he did to put him on death row, my blood ran cold.  I can understand why Derek and Christina feel the way that they do.  When Meredith said he is a human being I screamed no he isn't.  He is an animal.  A sick and twisted soul who needs to be put out of his misery, but I am not God and I don't get to make those decisions.  That's what the rational part of my brain says.  The irrational part of my brain was hoping that Derek would not have succeeded in surgery and that he would have died.

I hope the chief can fix things with his doctors and interns because they are all a mess.  On the lighter side, I loved Sloan and Callie.  They were both actually the highlight of that episode last night.  Seems that Sloan really likes Lexie even though he was trying to stay away from her.  Wait until Derek finds out.  That will make for some interesting scenes.

All in all it was a pretty good episode and I am glad that grey's Anatomy is slowly getting back on track.
